Draft terms for the Image2AIVideo development preview

These terms are being prepared for Image2AIVideo. The operator's legal name, location and applicable legal terms are not yet finalized. This page is a development draft, not a completed set of launch terms.
The preview provides account registration and sign-in, profile and security settings, and a workspace for exploring image and text inputs. Video generation, saved video projects, paid plans and credit purchases are not available.
Selected workspace images and prompts are not saved as projects. Keep your own copies of anything you want to retain. Features and availability may change during development.
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access controls. Account settings include password management and account deletion controls.
We do not claim ownership of images or text you provide. Only submit content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted where needed.
For avatars, permission to handle the image is limited to storing, delivering and displaying it as your profile image. This draft does not grant a general license to sell your content or use it in advertising.
Avatars are publicly accessible. Workspace reference images currently stay in the browser. See the Privacy Policy for the difference between these features and the current limitations of file deletion.
Do not use the service to upload malicious files, access someone else's data, impersonate others deceptively, violate others' rights, or interfere with the service. Content rules for video generation will be specified before generation becomes available.
Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs through PayPal; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. 1 USD buys 10 credits, and the cost of each video in credits is shown before you generate it. Credits held for a video that fails to generate are returned automatically. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists and are forfeited if you delete your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy: unused purchases can be refunded in full within 7 days, and partly used purchases can be refunded for the unused credits, less PayPal's processing fee.
No generated output is delivered by the current preview. We do not currently promise a particular model, resolution, generation time, commercial-use permission or exclusive ownership of future outputs. Those details depend on the selected providers and will be addressed before launch.
The final terms must address service suspension, dispute handling, applicable law and any permitted limitations of liability after the operator and intended markets are confirmed. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
