Refund Policy

How credits, failed generations and refunds work at Image2AIVideo

What you buy

Image2AIVideo sells credit packs. Credits pay for the videos you generate, and you always see the cost in credits before you generate. 1 USD buys 10 credits. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and are paid through PayPal.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Refunds within 7 days

You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase.

  • Unused purchase: full refund. If you have not generated any video since buying the pack, you receive the full amount back, with no fees deducted. This full refund is available once per account.
  • Partly used purchase: refund of the unused part. We refund the credits from that pack that you have not used, at $0.10 per credit, minus the PayPal processing fee charged on your original payment, which PayPal does not return to us. The unused part is the pack's credits or your current balance, whichever is lower. If the unused value does not exceed that fee, no refund is due.
  • A second full-refund request on the same account is handled as a partly used purchase.

Example: you buy 99 credits for $9.90 and use 40. The remaining 59 credits are worth $5.90. After the PayPal fee for the original payment (about $0.74), you receive about $5.16.

When a refund is made, the refunded credits are removed from your balance. Refunds are handled after any video in progress has finished.

After 7 days

Purchases are final after 7 days, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Results and technical problems

AI-generated videos vary, and you see the price and settings before you generate. Credits used for a video that was generated successfully are not refundable because you do not like the result. If a video is technically defective, for example the file is broken or the length or resolution does not match what you selected, contact us and we will return the credits for that video after checking it.

Credit validity and account deletion

Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. Deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining credits, so request any refund you are entitled to before deleting it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute; most problems are solved quickly. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the credits from it are removed from your balance. If those credits were already used, video generation on the account may be paused until the matter is resolved.

How to request a refund

Email support@image2aivideo.com from your account email address and include the purchase date or the PayPal transaction ID. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original PayPal payment; the time until the money arrives depends on PayPal and your payment method.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the version shown when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
