How the Image2AIVideo preview handles account information and images

This notice describes the current Image2AIVideo development preview. It is not a finalized launch policy. The operator's legal name and location must be confirmed before public launch.
We use this information to provide account access, maintain account settings, deliver requested account emails and protect the service.
Images selected in the video workspace currently remain in your browser for preview. The workspace does not upload these images or submit prompts to a video model. Preview inputs are not saved when you leave the page.
Profile avatars are different: choosing Upload Avatar sends that image to our storage. Avatars have public URLs and are not private files. Do not use sensitive documents or confidential images as avatars.
Video generation is not available yet. The providers, retention rules and data handling for future video generation will be described before that feature is enabled. This draft makes no promise about future model training practices.
The current setup uses Neon for account data storage, Cloudflare R2 for uploaded avatars, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Resend for account emails, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Their processing may take place outside your country.

You can edit your profile and access the account deletion control in Settings → Security. When you replace an uploaded avatar, the service attempts to delete the previous avatar stored for your account. Account deletion also attempts to remove files in your avatar directory. Storage failures may require a cleanup retry. These operations do not guarantee immediate removal from browser caches, delivery records, logs or provider backups.
Specific retention periods and removal procedures are still being finalized. We will not describe deletion as immediate or complete until those processes have been implemented and tested.
Purchases and paid subscriptions are not enabled. We do not collect payment-card details through this preview. Marketing subscriptions and analytics are not currently enabled in the tested local preview; their use must be reviewed and disclosed before activation.
